IBEW Vice President Steve Speer is set to retire January 1st, 2023. International Representative,  Chris Wagner will fulfill the unexpired portion of his term in office.  Speer joined the IBEW 48 years ago as an apprentice wireman. Working to represent his brothers and sisters has been the honor of his professional career. "My life has been blessed at every turn by the IBEW and those blessings made it possible for my family to enjoy a safe, healthy, and secure standard of living that too many of my fellow Americans do not enjoy today...I pray that in some very small way,  I have helped to make this great Union just a tiny bit better than it was when this gift was given to me."  IBEW Local 611 would like to thank Steve Speer for his years of service and wish him a happy retirement.
