KOATs FOR KIDS

New Mexican families across our state are in a dilemma difficult to overcome. The basics are costing more and choices between essentials make it challenging for families to afford something as simple as a warm winter coat.

For the last 34 years, KOATs for Kids has helped families face one less burden by providing kids throughout New Mexico a new coat to call their own. As many families struggle financially from hardships, we are hopeful our community will come together and support the KOATs for Kids program.

KOAT 7 and its partners are gathering donations of NEW coats, of all sizes, ages, and genders, at area drop-off sites. Coats will then be picked up, sorted, and delivered to school districts across New Mexico.

Coats can be dropped off at the union hall during normal operating hours.
